Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All shipments in Denmark are delivered by Postnord or GLS. Regular shipping service is 2-3 business days. For shipping outside Denmark, please contact us at pepoline.studio@gmail.com .
Returns
If the style was not the right for you, we gladly accept returns within 14 days. In order to return your order you must contact us my mail at pepoline.studio@gmail.com no later than 14 days after the date of receipt. We do not cover shipping expenses for returns.We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent and in case that tracking will be necessary.
